So at least in theory a warrant is required from a Judge to peek into anyone's cell phone.

Currently there are multiple devices and multiple ways to "Wire tap a cell phone" I even No a way to get AROUND The US Supreme court order

One odd thing about what I No re getting around that order is - There are printed instructions in non classified documents given out in classes where many people attended including me where I found out about the How To's - I retain a copy -

Anyway bottom line is - Technology is amazing - But OP Don't ya wonder Y so many Cell Phone stores are broken into and robbed DAILY and Yet the phones stolen in mass quantity are not simply shut off forever by people like Verizon and T-Mobile - AT&T - How come when that is just childs play?
