Maybe we could try to get Campbell's or Lipton to name a recipe for boiled chicken breasts in his honor. For the crunch. Same reason you use iceberg lettuce. If you put caramelized onions on the whole burger is kinda mushy and lacks internal structure.

I'd say most places I've been to do use red onions. Some places don't but for reasons I do not know/cannot understand. Maybe to appeal to more people since sweet onions have less flavor and are less likely to turn people off? Idk.
