I think it's actually that 78% of Jews were slave owners

No, it'll be great. I'm into it now. We'll remake Gone with the Wind but with all the white characters as Jewish stereotypes. We'll put some menorahs around and hang some muzuzahs on the doors. We'll do Glory and Gettysberg but all the CSA officers will just speak Yiddish. We can remake Birth of a Nation and have the KKK actually trying to help the blacks rise up against their Jewish masters.

I want to see the alt-history crowd do mash-ups. We could mix this with the Irish slave story so that the story of slavery in America becomes a story of Jews oppressing the Irish.

Mr. Farrakhan also claimed that "75 percent of the slaves owned in the South were owned by Jewish slaveholders." In 1860, there were about 15,000 Southern Jews and 4 million slaves. If 3 million (75 percent) were so owned, this would mean 200 slaves for every Jewish man, woman and child, or 1,000 slaves for every Jewish head of household. Jews owned only a fraction of 1 percent - thousands, not millions - of the enslaved population.
