I went to the ice cream parlor this morning and they told me there wasn't any rocky road ice cream because the truck hadn't come in yet. While not wanting to let this one just go, especially after that hellish year of 2018, I asked them if it's possible for me to get some of the in-store samples they give out. The cashier told me they could. That's when I felt the person in line behind me lick me on the back of the neck. I tried to ignore it and enjoy my ice cream sample, but I told the cashier it was an insufficient sample. It was. The cashier said that was their last one and, since they were out, I had to be the new in-store sample. One of the children who was at the ice cream parlor with their parents ran up and licked me. Now I'm back at this crossroads of staying at the ice cream parlor and letting people lick me or trying my hand (no pun intended) at just becoming an ice cream.
