I Got LOCKED UP for Smoking the Herb

They Said That I was a Paranoid Schizo
I'll Accept the Label, if the Shoe it Fits, yo!
I Snuck Smirnoff Vodka Into the Hospital
Got the whole ward Drunk, Though it ain't Logical

They Injected me with Halidol and prescribed some Ativan
I was on Olanzapine, Zopiclone, Trazidone, And Diazepam
We would try to Kick Jams, We were like a Small Fams
In the Smoker's Pit, we did Poetry Slams
Like We Don't Give a Damn

The Food was Okay
But was Nothing Spectacular
Come Hell or High Water
I Won't Go Back There!

I Tried to Shove a Toothbrush Down my Throat
Hoping that I'd Choke, Become their Scapegoat
I've Had 3 Girlfriends who got Locked Up Too
Crazy attracts crazy, we stick like Glue
But Suicide's something that you can't undo
As I'm Tying My Shoe and Dying for You
Needless to Say, My Story Is True

I Met a Girl in the Ward and Bought her Flowers
But she kept on talking for Hours and Hours
After awhile, I thought I had Super-Powers
We'd play Scrabble and then Dabble
In some Crafts and Art
Made From the Heart
But from the Very Start
I Knew We'd Part....
