This is 50% intentionally retarded. I'm just saying, if you got a decent job that pays the bills, how can't you feel like society is working out? Is it because what might happen in the future?

Decent job-work and decent money should allow decent amount of spare time to enjoy the spare time.
That is decent chance for happiness.

Humans been on planet for about 1.5 million years and the future has always been society working out not so much so well. So that part of the equation must be considered a net sum zero game. (Unless you live in horrid 3rd world part of planet)
