Burger King has the King Box which includes a whopper (or choice of two other entrees), fries, drink, and two cookies.
KFC has their $5 Fill Up Box.
Carl's Jr. has their $5 boxes.
Wendy's has one now.

Millions of dollar bills are used every day on the planet.
Hardly inconsequential.

$1 and $2 bills cost 4.9 cents per note to make, while $5 cost 10.9 cents, $10 cost 10.3 cents, both $20 and $50 bills cost 10.5 cents, and $100 bills cost 12.3 cents. In other words, the more it's worth, the more it costs to produce.Oct 9, 2015

When you print 100 million of them it costs millions more for the 20s.
What part of that do you not understand?

I do. Problem is the edit feature only allows a few minutes to modify my content and I really need a couple three days to make sense of what I write.
