i suggest generally moving the hair to one side when wearing a hat. Or leaving it the way it is. just move it a bit to your sides if its reaching your eyes. i dont think the bangs can be pulled up unless you put a shit load of gel on it. (looks too silky and straight)

apply hair spray to prevent awkward shifts. this is all assuming the weather isnt hot and your at room temperature at least.
