I stepped outside and let him know what an awful fucking neighbor he's been. That lead to him walking over and threatening to beat the shit out of me (I have that on video). Unfortunately his mouth is bigger than his balls, because despite my best efforts I couldn't get him to take a swing and his friends has to 'pull him away'. I filed a police report ofc, but I'm not satisfied. I really want to put this fucker in his place, but I have to keep it legal.

He likes to sit in his front yard with friends and family on nice nights and drink. I'm considering buying a super bright light bar for my car and aiming it right in their faces. Then when he inevitably approaches me I'll blind him with a super bright flashlight. I think he'll try to knock the flashlight away and I'll legally be able to defend myself.

It's doubtful. Most people have zero training. I competed in state wrestling, boxed, kickboxing and taekwondo growing up. I have a very nice advantag.
