I don't live in a war zone, I've never seen war up close. Yet I'm not that functional at all, this used to not be such a downer, like, I'll manage. Now the world seems to be making it so that even functional people are going to have a hard time. What a mess, uff.

Do you live in a town with less than 100 people? In any larger city peek into any restaurant kitchen and view refugees. Every motel has people who clean and most are refugees. Gardner's - People who do hard labor and pick fruits - Veggies.

The way I see it, those are the lucky ones. Like, they have the necessary language skills, social skills, mental health and physical health. Then of course even if they had that, they would have to be lucky to land the job. If all that goes well, there's also the possibility of burning out fairly quickly considering you've just escaped a awful situation and now work full time in a demanding job, possibly while homeless.

lol most only speak Spanish. A few Spanglish. All work for minimum wage or less. Illegals get no health care. Nor do they burn out. Just work very hard with no complaints.

That's incredible. I mean, that's kind of functional people then, right? And what they are doing, it doesn't sound like a easy time.

They work with stolen identities. When they get sick they get very good care at any Hospital emergency room. No bill because the bill is not in their legal name.

> You seem to be conflating refugees, illegal aliens, and immigrants.
In the USA > refugees, illegal aliens, and immigrants.
Words just different words that equate to a bottom line of the very same thing.
When Miguel takes my order at 2morrows Taco shop - I no for a fact Miguel is here illegally - I however dare not ask if he was a refugee but for sure I am 100% sure he is Illegal and immigrant and if he ran from some 3rd world shithole that makes him refugee

Immigrants are not granted refugee status because their shack had a dirt floor and they didn't have a mcdonalds in their neighborhood..

A Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance ride will start at around $600 with distance traveled and equipment used added to the cost. An Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance ride will start around $1000, again with distance and supplies added on top. If it is an emergency, most of this should be covered by insurance.
