I was going to have ground up flaxseed in my oatmeal everyday, because apparently it's healthy. Now I read that just two table spoons of it can affect testosterone because it has a ridiculously high amount of "Lignans" which mimics estrogen. As usual claims about food seems to have no consensus and I'm not sure what to believe about flaxseed anymore.

Grind up enough flax seed to partially fill just one sock and do allow enough room for your foot. Wear this for about 8 hours and if after 5 days your foot does not start to look feminine, you will be ok to consume with oats. Of course change the socks and flax seed after the 2nd day of use.
