Topic: Spent a shit load of money on face wash

Anonymous A started this discussion 7 years ago #82,335

Externally hosted imageI bought:

Clinique For Men ™ Charcoal Face Wash

I'm not so sure about my intelligence anymore. If that face wash doesn't make me look at least 15% more human, I'll spend my life bad mouthing it.

I had some of that stuff, it's good but keep it away from your eyes if it has menthol in like mine did!

Yeah and the activated charcoal really purified my mug, I got this other stuff that conceals acne and pock marks which I use all the time.

This is the first time I'll be using this Charcoal stuff, I've never heard about it before and it's good to know you can also use it on your mug.

It is best to have a steam treatment first to open your pores.

Good thing you're not Catherine. She has to buy one for women and one for men and mix them as she goes on her journey.

Thanks for the tip, does a steamy shower count as steam treatment?

It will suffice but it's not good as an actual steam treatment, you can get one from a Turkish barbers and see the difference

they wrap a towel around your face and leave a machine steaming in there, makes your skin look fresh and pure as fuck

I don't think that pores actually open or close

The myth: Pores open and close. The truth: Despite what your mother told you, you can't steam your pores open. “Pores do not have muscles around their opening to allow them to open and close,” says Pon. However, steaming the skin can help loosen up underlying debris, making blackheads easier to extract.

@previous (Thanks Google)

Like I said, pop down to your local Turkish barbers and get a Turkish steam shave.
