If you have a litre of chilled pasteurised milk drink from Morrisons, and drinking the litre from the bottle in one go makes you feel cold from the inside, then you can heat half of it in a pan and then drink the other half as normal out the bottle.

The heat and cold cancel each other out and you're left feeling pleasantly warm in your bulging stomach.
