Matt supposedly started out wealthy, and then squandered his inheritance in adulthood. Perhaps Marie Antoinette would have done the same, if she had survived to be nearly fifty years old. Thanks.

She had a minder of sorts who acted as a fried and mentor
She would tell him things and he would write to her mom and give her the info. Then her mother would write her and reference the happenings (usually scolding her about her gambling, spending money on frivalities, not sleeping at thr same time as her husband, having outrageous hairstyles, or doing things at the time were consider bad for getting pregnant) and Marie Antionette would be like. "How does my mom keep finding these things out?"
