So they did the slice and dice surgery and ended up with a malformed looking man made Vagina. As long as he sticks with the Rag Head BF all will be ok because he does not expect any kind of Clitoris like appendage and Jazz has none Nada Zilch of that because his penis was never allowed to grow the necessary nerve endings to make such.
Let me tell you what is really fucked up about this - The doctors should have refused to stop the kids penis from not being allowed to grow. There were no alternatives back then nor are there any NOW for constructing a Vag out of NOTHING - Except of course by Experiments on Jazz.
