Both sound pretty good. I'd be up for trying a Sprite™ Cheez-It® too if they made them.

Okay, I'll vote for that.
She bought three boxes of crackers in 2013. Now she wants justice.

Yes now it Cheez-Its being sued because someone feels aggrieved after buying three boxes only to find out they aren't as healthy for her as she claims she was misled to believe.
"Have you eaten a Cheez-It sometime in the past eight years? If so, as they say on TV, call now because you may be entitled to compensation.
Three women in federal court are suing Kellogg’s, the manufacturer of Cheez-Its, over crackers labeled “Whole Grain” or “Made With Whole Grain.” As the box explains, they contain 5 to 8 grams of whole grain for each 29-gram serving. That isn’t nothing, but the package lists “enriched flour”—meaning processed flour—as the largest ingredient."
OH MY GOD, they contain enriched flour!!!!! All these years I have been eating them and I thought they were a health food!!!
So the women feel deceived. Because they are 100% whole grain and they are worth as much as a 100% Whole grain so she claims to have suffered financially and was "injured".
They are are seeking “damages, other monetary relief, declaratory relief, and an order enjoining Kellogg from continuing its false and misleading marketing.” AND they want a jury trial to hear about these three boxes of Cheez-it's.
The lawsuit was dismissed in 2007 with the judge ruling the box “would neither mislead nor deceive a reasonable consumer.”
And as the story says
"But last week the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reversed the dismissal. A three-judge panel held that a reasonable consumer would think Cheez-It Whole Grain crackers were made with “predominantly whole grain.” Additional verbiage on the front and side of the package is no defense, the court said. Thus America’s “reasonable consumer” is held to be dumber than a box of crackers."
So if you have bought Cheez-its in the past 8 years you may be due a class-action settlement. I have and will use my settlement to buy Snickers Bars. The producers says there's milk in them so they must be healthy.
How do these things even make it into a court to begin with.

Because of (((democrat lawyers)))
I have been known to effortlessly consume a box of the spicy ones along with a couple of icy cold coca colas..
I always get a build up of orange cheez it on my thumbnail..and also the same on my teeth...and a mild case of indigestion..
But they're so tasty..
