it's agedashi tofu..with grated ginger instead of daikon...i add potato starch to the sauce to thicken it up a little so the tofu doesn't get soggy right away..kick ass...

I also had tofu today from a Chinese restaurant. Along with stir fried veggies in Szechuan sauce.
