For me at a small business it was always an extra paycheck. If you work at a big corporate office or something like that idk.

HowSomEver - They paid REAL REAL Well - Super facilities and a joy to work at and a Chem lab next door that made Super pure Alcohol 99.999% Pure and always brought some over with fresh orange juice to celebrate - We could never find out why they made the Alcohol - Lots of lab equipment to make it that pure.

My company multiply everyone's wage by 4.5, then split 7.5% of all takings beyond that number between us. Usually works out around £400 at Xmas time.
