No, I don't.
Certain things need to happen regardless of what the constituion says, and others shouldn't be so just because the consitution says.
I do admire certain parts of the US constituion, esp. the first amendmant, and am glad they are there though.

If something is beneficial to a nation, or necessary then it must be done regardless of the consitution.
If there is a flaw in the consitution, or if times change (which they are, rapidly) the consitutional priveleges, or powers must be ended.
The consitution is not infallible and is suject to human error, and suseptable to beoming outdated. We cannot get stuck in the past. Adapt or die.

It's a piece of paper, written by fallible men, a few hundred years ago. These are the very reasons why we cannot blindly follow everything it says.
Laws need to change with the times. That's why.

You seem to be confused. The constitution can be amended. If you disagree with it, amend it. But follow it. Otherwise, there is no law. Government can do as it pleases.

You seem to be confused, the consitution is not magic, the government decides if something is constitutional in government courts. If they government disregards the consitution, they can excuse themselves, legally.

The Constitution is just a really old piece of paper; that's it. It was written over two hundred years ago, and pertains to a culture and society that has drastically changed since then. If we do not adapt it to the needs of a modern society, then we have failed as one.

For one thing, neighborhood militias are no longer a common occurrence since we have a military, so I think the second amendment is just a teeny bit archaic.
