Topic: Being fired from Chipotle was the best thing that ever happened to me

Hello,
Before I start this post I just want to give a little background information, I was fired from Chipotle around 2016 I worked there for about 9 months before being terminated for basically lack of improvement. Being 18 years old at this time and have multiple jobs since 16 this was easily one of the hardest jobs I have ever had in my life and I have worked at multiple food and restaurant places. I think this place taught me a lot about what I want to do in my life it encouraged me to go to school and for me to thrive for a better job. The day I was fired is literally the same day I was given another job starting out at $17 and I have been with this job for almost two years now and almost done with school! I do however miss the people I use to work with and of course the free meal I would get all the time. I have noticed I eat Chipotle about once a week I feel like it became an addiction after working there lol.. When I was fired I was pissed off and basically informed everyone how terrible Chipotle really is. But now that I think about it, it really wasn't so bad. The job can be stressful and challenging if you did what I did (Literally all day serve the food, roll burritos, get yelled at by a manger saying I need to go faster in Spanish. Pretty much I am thankful for being fired from Chipotle. I feel like if I would of not been fired I would of been working there, still to this day and would of never improved myself. Thanks Chipotle!
TLDR - Got fired, pissed off, went to school and got a better job on the side, became happier, still would recommend Chipotle to work at since it's a challenge and good money for someone young. And the food is addicting to me now. Still miss my free meals.

I have read a few news articles that state that studies were found that suggested that the reason why gestation in humans is nine months long was never a matter of some balancing act between the baby's head and the woman's hips but rather, because that's the point where a woman reaches her "metabolic limit", that is to say, childbirth happens when a woman can simply no longer biologically maintain the pregnancy due to the energy toll.
A woman that has had her legs amputated would have lower caloric requirements than a woman with both. Does this mean that double above knee amputee women are better suited to Pregnancy than regular women and would have longer gestation periods?

This question is mainly for the male redditors of r/Disabledsex who have some form of paralysis: do you use nipple stimulation in your sex life? If so, can that make you ejaculate?

Ok so before everyone goes crazy let me put things in perspective.
Anyone ever pre-order something they're really waiting for or waiting for the weekend to go somewhere they really want or waiting anxiously for an upcoming vacation? Or even waiting for class or work to end?
You guys know that time seems to slow down unbelievably and minutes seem to take hours and hours take days.
No one likes to wait nervously and anxiously until the moment they really are waiting for arrives.
Now let's look at prison sentences. Some guy lets say commits a robbery, and is sentenced to 10 years. What is the point for that insane length?
Some people will say "the guy is dangerous the longer he's locked up the safer we will be". And I can see that MAY be a valid point.
Some others will say "the prison lengths serve as a deterrent for the criminal and other criminals so they don't do the crime" and this is the most best valid point.
And others will say "it's because x amount of years it true justice and the current length" and this is where I say that it is not.
Suppose someone committed a robbery and is in prison and it's the first day. The first day he will have to learn what a shit hole he is in and how terrible it is. He will begin to reflect on how he landed there. Each day he will continue to think and reflect, thinking if he could just get out he would do everything right and neve get in trouble and work hard to become a success and happy in life. He will wish he could go back in time and correct his mistake. To be honest, each day he thinks and reflects will strengthen his mindest. Just like a college course, even a week is long enough to ensure the person rehabilitates himself in his mind, a MONTH in PRISON with NO FREEDOM to do what YOU WANT and deserve because of your NATURAL, GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO BE FREE is already long enough to ensure the person has completely learned and repented from his mistake and for him to realize never to be an idiot and land in trouble again.
A YEAR which is already an INCREDIBLY long time which feels LONGER when you're constantly thinking every second to get out and be free to go where you want, eat when and what you want, sleep in comfort, have sex with the sex of your choice, etc... Is more than overkill for the person to have completely changed in his mind to the point that he KNOWS inherently and even subconsciously has programmed himself to NEVER get in trouble again or make stupid mistakes. And mind you I went to ONE YEAR when even 3 months is MORE than overkill for someone to learn and understand their decision and consequences a hundred times over.
So then what the heck are the remaining 9 years for? It's pointless and plain torment and torture. Prison guards are kunts who treat prisoners like shit and don't care about them and even allow rape and violence until it's too late and don't even help victims. Those 9 years while the person robbed has long forgotten and recovered from the incident mentally, emotionally, and financially, the poor prisoner still continues to be stuck and suffer and be tortured in prison in a time loop where he still has to live and be stuck inside his one decision he made way back never able to move on until hes out meanwhile the "victim", judge, jury, and prosecutor are in comfort living life peacefully and free.
So then that 9 years is nothing but torture and a cash grab for prisons and private prisons. That person was hit with NINE extra years or 3,285 days or 78,840 HOURS just to be A WIN for a careless, heartless, uncompassionate, and unsympathetic piece of shit judge and prosecutor.
In reality, 1 year is already LONG enough and a perfect MAX sentence for this case, but they throw him in to get $500,000 off him for prison instead of just $50,000. They provide morons which are citizens with a false and deluded sense of justice and the citizens could care less someone else is suffering as long as it's not one of their family member.
With murder cases, let the victim choose the death penalty or a fine. Even in a murder case a family will eventually move on even if it takes 5 years. But a LIFE sentences knowing you'll NEVER BE FREE for ONE MISTAKE thinking about your action everyday is the most BRUTAL form of torture there is. Even actual torture for a week is infinitely better than life. The family moves on yet the guy is still in there 50 years later wishing he could have another chance since he rehabilitated in the FIRST YEAR OF INCARCERATION but the shitty "justice" ? system ruined his ONE life forever while citizens think "the right thing was done" by putting a human being in a small cell for life.
We genuinely need prison reform. Sentences should be MUCH shorter and people should get a chance to nullify or shorten sentences by paying a fine. MOST crimes even violent ones should have some sort of financial penalty to an institution, government, or the victim as a penalty instead of jail which does NOTHING after the first year. Unless the person was gang related, 95% of the time when they get out they won't repeat PROVIDED they got out EARLY enough not to have been completely corrupted by prison to the point they can't adjust outside and want back in. ONE year is so long. Imagine you had to wait for something exciting a year away. Now imagine yourself waiting TEN years to get out of your shitty cell with your rapist cell mate. Wouldn't you wish you could have that chance and deserved it especially if you reflected and thought about your action so much you knew you were completely changed for the better and would never harm society again?
We really need a change in this system I hope everyone here will agree.

Shalom! I’m a 21 year old ex Muslim girl living in Canada and I’d love to be Jewish in the future. I’ve been studying the language and the traditions for a couple of years now and I’ve fallen in love with it. I’m currently living with my very religious Muslim family who are completely unaware of my disbelief in Islam. After I graduate from school, I’m planning on moving out and beginning my orthodox conversion. I’m not sure how my family will react to it but this is something I must do for myself.
Toda raba for reading this!

So my grandpa with mid stage dementia came into my bedroom and asked how my day was. I said busy at work, he asked if they worked me hard. I said yeah, I'll probably be going to bed soon. He then said well, "tasty banana". Honestly, it was the funniest thing I've heard in a while. I was laughing pretty hard, like getting the slight tears from laughter (after he left). I can only assume he meant "good night", it was the most random wording I have heard.

is there any porns where the chicks scold the viewer?
Like, a chick strips and looks into the camera and says things like, you should be ashamed of yourself. Later, while she and another chick are peeing on each other, "oh what the fuck you're still watching?" Then the dog shows up
