I wasn’t around when this happened and I’m not bothered by their behaviour because they’re really great guys and this was purely a dumb drunk thing they pulled. Also, they’re not well versed on Islam so whatever little sense they had at that point they didn’t think about if it’s okay to have a drink in my glass.
My question is, can I still use the glass after cleaning it for my own use now that alcohol was drank in it?

Yes but you have to wash it for 3 years everyday, then it'll be okay to drink out of again.

Yes, simply ensure that there is no alcohol remaining in the glass by cleaning it thoroughly. Lo! Allah is great and merciful!
