at first i just meant the blister but I had thought about it and I think you should cut off your whole thumb
you can put a push pin pushing device on there

Solution is simple. Just push a tack into that white spot and push it all the way. Tape it over with tape. This will protect your thumb. Give this fix five days.

Don’t pop it, it serves as a bandage. Your skin will heal under it then the blister will wear off.
