For shits and gigs I looked up depression. I show a good portion of these signs including the suicidal thoughts resulting in my dialing of a couple of hotlines.

They just talked to me until I was calmer. The few times recently I called them for resources for anexity warm lines. They will help but for non-suicidal calls they limit the time obviously since they need the line open.

I found out about The Trevor Project because of a hotline once. Yeah, suicide hotlines are a good source of information, but just make sure you make it quick since the line really isn’t for you if you’re not at that second thinking of ending it.
