You're not the only one who notices that I am too passive.
I have had a few others who noticed that I ever rarely speak up.
I think my reasons for that is because I am afraid of being seen as an asshole or conceded.
But it's a determent sometimes and I would really like to break this habit. So I want to know what you would suggest.

er NO NO - Given she had to put in so much effort to just make a simple sperm sample (if only she had a sweet blue eyed blonde girl cousin)
Cathy I do have one suggestion - Just make a list of items/things you want to be less passive about and put that list up in your room.
Each day select just one and give that one a simple try during the day and 2morrow move on to another item - Even if you fail just keep trying one a day
