Look up Manny's Restaurant. I ate there a lot when they were just a food stand at the farmer's market by the college. They have good tacos. They are pricey, but they give you a good amount of food.

I wouldn't classify them as a Mexican cuisine establishment even though the tacos are soft shell. But it feels like they are a blend of Mexican and American burgers since they expanded the menu from the Farmer's Market days to incorporate more burger options. Honestly, though, their tacos and the carne asada burger are definitely their staples.

Also, try their strawberry cucumber lemonade.

I'm glad they are finding massive success.
