We're making weird science! Things we've never seen before, behind bolted doors, talent, and imagination. Weird science."

Needs turkey gravy on top of the turkey, for lubrication of teeth moving into that next layer.
Mouth diving into dry turkey not so much so good because then the next layer is the greasy beef patty.

I was thinking about doing that, but I'm not sure how the gravy would have blended with the ketchup and mustard that is on the top bun touching the turkey.

I should add. When I get a Subway Sandwich I always add Roma tomatoes to the Sandwich at home because Subway tomatoes are just tasteless.

I can't taste the difference between store-bought tomatoes and tomatoes anywhere else. They're just tomatoes.

I remember that moment when I discovered how wonderful a tomato could be - And that was on a Trip to Italy - One day you2 will discover that I hope.
Look to C if there are Heirlooms in your Zip Code https://www.yelp.com/biz/victorville-farmers-market-victorville
Also look for people in zip code that home grow veggies and sell them - Around here people hang out signs all the time to sell excess
If one is short on tyme and not wanting to chop up basic lettuce - slice cucumbers - slice onions etc - Choice of breads and I find the Herb Cheese decent
Cheese is not so much so good - Meat is what I end up disliking the most - ADDING My own balsamic vinegar tomatoes and grating Fresh Romano cheese and I mean a LOT of Romano - I end up with something Hybrid between store bought and home made
For fast food there are not so much great choices -

The Original Italian (mini $6.25 | reg $8.25 | giant $11.95): This is the ultimate Italian cold cuts sandwich. It has Provolone, ham, proscuittini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni.
The first time I ordered one of these I said to self even if I have to go out of my way this is the place for me.
2nd visit And for some reason the Pepperoni OVERPOWERED the other meats - Will give them one more try and I can always remove the Pepperoni or ask for more of the Cappacuola
