For someone who is thinking about entering the realms of YouTube?

The thing about this is that I don't want to do it unless I could get at least somewhat professional looking videos right off the bat.

I don't want to look at amateur quality videos.

Doesn't have to be super fancy. I nigger rigged my setup, where I run a Carvin microphone from the 80's through a preamplifier to the mic in jack on my PC. Since I run it through a preamp, I'm able to level it out before it even gets to the PC. Usually turns out decent audio.
