Think I overdid it in the gym yesterday because my upper arms (biceps and everything above my forearms) are killing me any time I move my arms. My chest also hurts like fuck. I probably lifted more weight than I should have. Think I'll take a bath, is there anything else that can help?

Steroids, start with a testosterone base cycle.

I'm losing my hair fast enough already, I don't want to increase testosterone levels.

Slow stretching, ingesting an extra load of Brotein, Ibuprofen and sleep.
Look if there's some kind of Horse Balm available at the store.

Did you just start your workout routine or do you think you really strained yourself?
If you're just starting the workout routine, the pain is normal, and if you just keep working out it will go away.
That and listen to Nega.

I have been working out for a while, I just lifted my maximum weight for each exercise and went through them all real fast. I never usually get pain like this, it's weird. It hurts slightly less today but still pretty fucking bad.

Then it's hard to say whether you hurt yourself or if it's just from kicking your routine up a notch. You might want to talk to an expert if it persists, gets worse, or has you worried. Until, keep doing lots of stretches, keep eating/drinking lots of protein to continue to build/repair the muscle, and keep up on the workout routine. A day or two to recover might be OK, but I find that the best thing to do is keep using the muscles.
