I'm sure there's fraud but that cartoon is just awful. It's such a waste too because Ben Garrison has a lot of talent artistically - and his heart is in the right place politically - but he's handicapped by his autistic need to label and explain every single reference in his cartoons.
There are people who take Ben Garrison cartoons and make them anti-Semitic by photoshopping in caricatures of Jews. What I'd like is for someone to take these cartoons and remove all the autistic labelling.
