oh my Lord..
ok...I guess I haven't had a mcdouble for quite some time...maybe several months..
today I stopped in a got two...and a large coke at about 4:00 as I was on my way to pick up some odds and ends at he store..

since I have been home my guts have...hey I'm going to spare you the details but it has been hell on earth..

it was like being part of a PINWORM post...or whatever that guys name used to be...a couple of you might get that..

I think I have had my last mcdouble..
