The release is the 14th, right? I can't imagine they'd be able to fix all of this in a handful of days, to be honest.

It's the same engine is Fallout 4 apparently. The psychics depend on the players frame rate. So some people will be able to run faster, fight faster. Fine in single player but not online lol. It will become a shitstorm, still fun but I won't spend any money on it (yet).
