Bad joke because it's far too contrived and obviously works towards its 'hole' pun way before it gets there. Nobody, much less a woman, would ever respond to a doctor's question of where she was hit (having literally just told him she was hit) by describing where on a golf course it happened. And in such vague terms too (what the fuck does "between the first and second holes" even mean in golf terms? Just off the 1st green? Just before the 2nd tee? Between the fairways? It's dumb).
