Google brought up many islands, but "Estein island" didn't come up when I entered it into Google Earth.

Daksa Island might be our best bet for establishing a Minichan colony. The reason why it's not bought yet is that it was home to a massacre so it's believed to be cursed and haunted, but thankfully we could establish the GHOUL headquarters there to deal with the specter infestation.
Palmyra Atoll might also be a good choice since it has a runaway and a harbor. We wouldn't be cut off from the rest of the world.
Pitcairn Island is literally a free island to live on, however, you may have to deal with a lot of child molesters there as half the island's population has served jail time. This could be where we send Kimmo Alm or Father Merrin if they don't behave themselves. However, it relies on food deliveries from New Zealand due to its remoteness.
Fort Carroll might be good since it comes with fortified, but unless we have someone into futuristic technology and willing to invest in new experimental ways to improve the island. We might not be able to do much here. Given that the Middle East experiments with artificial island making that are stable. I do not see why this island couldn't be improved upon if a little backing from some oil shriek. It is a bird sanctuary though, so we may have to declare our sovereignty to bypass those pesky environmental laws.
