Depends. Most of them aren't officially recognised by many countries. Wikipedia provides a nice map on each alleged genocide with the states that recognise it as genocide.

anyhow, the application of the term brings out the nitpicker in me: if they didn't kill all them, then it's more ATTEMPTED genocide than genocide
