We had a homeless guy who hasn't washed for a year and had crotch gangrene. They gave him skin grafts and his nut sack looked like a hacky sack or Sally from A Nightmare Before Christmas

I can become quite a public health risk though. These people should be taken care of. Sober or not. Might see the return of typhoid or whatever. Crazy.
