The whole "believe survivors" seems to imply many women die after being raped and it's somehow a feat they lived to tell their story.

Or is this more on a survived bowel movements after eating too much curry level?

I'm sure many of the women who died after a rape would go unreported because they would have died due to being murdered by some psycho.

Many serial killers raped then killed their victims, or vice versa. People may do it just for the sake of covering the rape, but then they have a whole new set of problems.
