Topic: Are there Disclosure Agreements?

Non-disclosure agreements, or NDAs, have been in the news recently. Are there disclosure agreements? Are there agreements that stipulate that you have to tell people about something whenever possible?

I feel like Minichan could really use these to spread the word! We could make users agree to them after completing CAPTCHAs or slip them into the sheaf of forms new users sign the first time they show up to the annual reptile blood orgies that we throw for all regular users. I've sent an inquiry about this to Minichan's legal department, but I have only received tinydick pictures in response so far. Does anyone else know?
