I actually feel kind of bad for any German whose dream is to be responsible for the most deaths in their country's history. Even this man's effort, noble as it was, falls way short. The bar is simply too high.

I remember reading about a woman nurse in the UK who was killing babies in the neonatal ward. Not sure how many babies she murdered though.
