Illegal immigrants live in buildings, pay rent, sales taxes, payroll taxes, and are unable to receive most government services that those taxes fund. If you've received government services, they were funded partly by people who will not be allowed.to access them. They are funding you, not vice versa. They can't get food stamps. Healthcare is more complex but they are generally only really able to get emergency Medicaid if anything at all. Hospitals must treat everyone who comes in, obviously. They do get schooling, which is why they should be legalized so they can formally pay property taxes to help pay for it.

1. Legalize all people here illegally. They will no longer have access to this "loophole" (assuming it's true, CIS sucks).
2. Make SNAP more generous to Americans.
Both are very simple fixes. You seem to want some nightmare third scenario where we kick out people who have lived here for decades while also making it harder for people who need food stamps to get it.

I think the thought is that the order will obviously get tied up in courts and eventually get appealed to the Supreme Court and Trump is hoping the conservative wing will rule in his favor.
There are legal arguments about birthright and the interpretation and intentions of the 14th amendment but I don’t think it’s going to be successful but Trump is going to try it anyway because it’s another thing he can do to please his base and if it fails he can use it to rally them in their anger to vote for more Republicans.
