Topic: Why just sewer oil?

If I were a Chinese entrepreneur I would be looking all over the place for cooking oils.

Why not serve up dishes cooked in freshly scooped rush-hour-traffic-puddle-oil or oils reclaimed from bubble gums scavenged from under tables and railings? There's a whole world of oils out there for the taking, why stick to the sewers?

Wood b willing 2 bet Chinese govt has an agreement on sewer oil. Keep oil supply underground so tourists don't know they're eating up sewer oil.
