To be fair, it actually is a genuine use of separate UIDs most of the time, even amongst our anonymous FARTs, from what I can tell. Different device, different UID. There are certain other posters who do drop UIDs to samefag, and while I shan't violate their privacy (?) it's pretty transparent when they do it.
