I just made a bunch of burritos, and I am going to eat them now. Maybe I was looking for a reason to open the new hot sauce. Maybe it was because the avocado on the counter needed to be used before it went bad. Maybe it's because I'm just the kind of rebel that eats burritos on National Taco Day.

Found the answer - The celebration day is fixed by the Congressional Record Oct 4th

So it will be National Taco Tuesday on Oct 4 2022 - 2033 - 2039 - 2044
