Just further devolution to Scotland, Wales and N Ire and establish an English Parliament. Scotland and N Ire wish to remain.
England and Wales voted Leave and should be allowed to do so, using Westminster agreements to establish max fac between the England-Scotland border. Free movement for UK nationals to move between the different nations.
The UK will be transformed into a federal constitutional monarchy that will actually speak for the nations that create it.
We voted to take back control of our borders and its time to make use of them.

You're on the right track, but don't take it far enough. Why stop at countries? Every city could have a devolved government. And if that city voted for Brexit, then they can just deport all of the Europeans and stop trading with the EU. Everybody wins.

A second referendum doesn't make sense, but what would make sense is recurring referendums. Every one or two years, have the UK vote again on EU membership. So the UK would be constantly assessing if EU membership is currently a good idea or not. They could rejoin and leave as they see fit
