I just put my debit card in and verified it, works like a credit card. My paypal withdraws straight from my bank account though

You first have to set up your bank routing number with them so they are tied to your checking account.

Yea if you only give them your Visa or Mastercharge and its from your own bank and its really not a charge card - then its a DEBIT CARD
I still pissed I fell for their new Master Card and without my permission they switched my Pay Pal account over to it. In theory I can switch it back. In theory because its not letting me do that. Tech people are working on it now
