Based on list of ingredients. Ghost pepper is wayyyy down on the list. Which from personal experience is GOOD - 2much of that pepper and one wishes for death sooner than later
By the way making your own homemade Jerky is really easy and requires very few ingredients.

I present you with the ONLY Worthwhile truly Hot as Hell Chile - The Habanero.
The other wanna be hot chilies are just that HOT - Mean and HOT - The Habanero has fantastic flavor AND I mean Fantastic. Aroma when you cut it is that of Peaches and Apricots - "Citrusy" Is how Wikipedia describes it but not from my experience
Many words of warning if you want to play with such Chile. Stand far back with arms out when you cut it and have some kind of glasses on. One squirt of the juice on eyes - Enough said - So the deal is you just use a little as marinade item and keep adding bits of to taste. Totally worth it. They are also useful at Christmas time for Tree Trimming
