You might want to write it out on vellum and illuminate the manuscript like a medieval scribe. There are some timeloops where cyborg archaeologists find your copy of that after the third robot-reptile war, and it becomes really important to future history.

Yo that wood be cool to see - I am Expert in reading only about making Paper - Like Wine and Whiskeys I have the knowledge from book learning but have yet to give it a go. Making Paper from raw materials has always intrigued me. Have even ventured out to meet people and see their garage set ups to make paper.
Flower steps and petals of course as embedded in the home made gruel.

More like DEAD DEAD DEAD
Datura Stramonium has a rather infamous history of cause of death for multiple reasons. Lots of it around here and I bet where you live. Seems to like to grow in the worst of soils - around here on the side of bluffs and the ugly soils.

Oh let me say this regarding getting a drivers license - Recently because of birthday renewal I had to renew - But in a rush I studied the online stuff which was a big mistrake because I did a fast look at DMV site and hit the stuff one needs to pass the FIRST Test - A mass of stuff that is a fraction of what one needs to nenew
Bottom line was a lot more work and DMV Jitters LOL - And it turned out to be a Breeeeeze -
Must say the online study questions and WEB Site design does allow one to pass 100% of one takes the time to be sure you will pass in person

Large wing feathers (A pack of plain turkey quill feathers can be bought for under $3). Try to find feathers that are about 12 inches long or more, with a thick shaft.
A knife to cut the correct angle on the feather shaft
Ink in a bottle - can be purchased at most craft and art supply stores. You might want to start with non-permanent ink until you are experienced.
Cutting board
Marker
Tweezers
What You Do:
Select your feather. You need a feather long enough to hold comfortably, with a sturdy shaft (the spine of the feather). Quill pens were most often made from goose feathers, but turkey feathers were also popular. You can leave the feather as is, or trim the sides of the feather for several inches, to leave more room for a better grip.
Follow the natural curve of the feather. You want your writing point to aim downward.
Take your marker and make a dot at the point where you'd like the writing tip to be. Place your marked feather on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, cut the end of the quill at a slant less than 45 degrees.
Take the tweezers and clean out any materials left in the cut shaft.
Dip your new quill pen into some non-permanent ink. Give your child a chance to experiment with the quill.
