Also it's shit as in slow, and noisy but that's because I bought the cheapest case and it's shit.

Maybe.. But when playing games it also lags quite a bit. I can't play fallout:new vegas on ultra for example and that's from 2006 or something

You have lots of right stuff & I mean more then enough - Slow? All you supplied is hardware software for O/S
What you running to bog it down? So 1st and most important thing to do is use the built in Performance Monitor and look carefully at. 95% of the time you can find whats bugging the system.
Adding .. Gaming as you know is demanding and the pointed out smaller Hard Drive is not an issue in this case.
What I wood do if its just too slow for the game you want to turn is - Unload everything else from the system.
You can shut down a pile of things with the performance monitor IF you know what you are doing.
Otherwise temporary turn off on start up all the stuff you do not need to run the game and then see how it works with the game.
When running the game use Speecy and see how much and HOW FAST that CPU Temp rises. Very important. Crummy case and poor Ventilation is not good IF your CPU rises fast and too close to max. Not good for life of machine. Added cooling is cheep unless you go Liquid.

The speccy info is good info but thats just the hardware and the O/S Software.
You need to make a list of all the software you are running on top OF - Performance Monitor will tell you how many programs are running - IE Browsers -- each one open uses up resources - how many programs is key and many are not necessary for gaming. You are not going to game and play with chans at same time.
Close out all browsers while gaming --but you really really really need to look at the Performance Monitor NOW

OK AND AND AND You must open the Performance Monitor - Not that many things too look at and it may just be a simple parameter you are free to adjust.
Example sure you have a small hard drive but no fast Game is going to need massive disk space cause disks are S L O W do to mechanical nature.
For that older Game, just a glance at your Memory, looks ok and of course you have open slots for more memory, but before you do that you need to open up your Performance Monitor and see where the jam is.
Crummy case should not be noisy. Unless you and I define noise differently - in any case Tide is UP and Surfing my Ocean Blue early AM was just a washout - not going to be really good surf but even a poor surf on sunny day with beach loaded with sweet eye candy - Work is just going to have to wait till later and Verizon is a bit needy yet they will just have to wait.
If you refuse to open up the one tool Microshit gave you for free and its one hell of a useful tool
Let someone else try and help you without using that tool. There are other ways to go about troubleshooting, but YOU NEED TO OPEN UP THE PERFORMANCE MONITOR.
I have mine on 100% of the tyme. Never leave home without it.

You want to see what starts to hit towards peak first - Then look at how you can open up for instance Dynamic Memory and make a small change. They gave you default settings NOT meant for Games

You mean the fan in front of PSU is noisy? That's a real cheep fix . Classy added fans are dirt cheep and how you mount to case can reduce the noise a BUNCH. Rubber grommets - even home made gaskets to reduce the mechanical coupling of fan to case - real easy and even a bit of fun solving such a problem -
For instance you can remove the PSU Fan - I assume its on the case and not built in to PSU?
Remove and hand hold off the case while its running - gives you a fast clue as to how quiet that fan can be
OK Nuff for now have fun and for a 2006 game and 6 cores in CPU - Open memory slots- no question you can make that thing fly
