Topic: This Blockbuster location needs to be perserved as a historical landmark NOW!

The owners of the store now have to resort to buying their movies and inventory from retail providers or online shopping. Give these people the same rights as a public library and allow people to make donations. If this location goes under then we will truly enter an age where the digital media dominates all, except for maybe literature, where the NSA will know what movies you rent out. Someone needs to make a stand for this last Blockbuster.

Free market. Their time has come and gone sadly. Things have to go sometime, its a sad fact but it is life.

That's why we could make them a city landmark. Petition to their city government. There is no reason why it has to die if they ever go into financial decline.

I fully admit the search results are getting thin and apparently it is now down to Kiosks

Google can be miss-leading. In my search of Australia one is led to believe Blockbuster is still alive store wise. One can find address and opening hours and of course everyone is sleeping currently so no need for me to make a phone call. Tried one number and they said leave a message.
