Topic: Is it okay to spam threads with tons of irrelevant nonsense about fishing?

One of my threads recently got spammed with paragraphs of irrelevant text (see: http://minichan.org/topic/7802#reply_135318 & http://minichan.org/topic/7802#reply_135326 & http://minichan.org/topic/7802#reply_135334 ). I reported the posts, but that was ignored and I had my ability to report things removed. From this, I gather that it is OK for me to spam threads with paragraphs of irrelevant nonsense? If so, I think I might just stay up all night posting shit in everyone's threads!
