I had a dream I was at Disney Land with my family, but it felt as if I were the only person at the park. I also had this sense of helplessness, as if I were going to die at any second. There were visions of me getting ran over by trains and falling off rollercoasters

I've had this happen before...it's odd when they intersect. I've had situations where I even come up with the most bizarre scenarios that include both. Even so I come up with characters and they become extremely vivid to me. I usually remember them for about an hour or two after I wake up, then if I don't write it down I completely forget them. I tend to forget a lot of them anyway since they're only usually interesting to me and if I shared them here it wouldn't mean much to anyone since they tend to be very random although yet storylike.

Now that I think about it I don't think dreaming about a dream is something I've ever heard of. Are your dreams often so vivid and real they seem completely real? Mine are. Smells, sounds, tastes, colors, everything so fucking real, even the most wild shit that could only be dreamed up.

Semi-sort of. I tend to only have vivid ones when I am lucid dreaming. One thing I've always tried to do (yet have still never done) is to flip a lightswitch during one of these dreams.
